Wallpapers: After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post or other courier service within 7 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. As wallpapers are bulk printed and then sold as per order, if they are unavailable or your requirement can not be matched by us, we will inform you about that within 3 working days and then you may go for a different wallpaper or your money will be refunded. Installation Service

If you use our service for installation , you must follow guideline of work that we provide. We will send invoice to confirmed and accept our term and condition of work . If you don’t like our service ,you may stop us doing further to avoid full day charges. 

If you do use our service for full day and if you still not happy with our service, you may request with genuine reason of work did match with your satisfaction. We can try our best to match and resolve matter at same time. But if did not like our service after week , we can’t give refund and any outstanding due amount must paid within due date .

Our professional installer  are highly trained and will do best to match your satisfied work. At some point of work , you may have to understand installation can be done according to guideline of products or on your request. If you don’t supply products appropriate information, Installer may struggle to match your requirement. Any products made from overseas and made incorrect size , Installer will not responsible to match as per your request. Installer have work according to safe and secure way to meet Australian standard.

Supply and Install Service 

We will do supply and installation full package price with warranty( check on invoice). It is our responsibility to do accurate measurement and installation unless customer send us measurement , we can’t responsible any incorrect size.
Customer must keep area clean and move all stuff away from that room or wall at-least 2 meter. If you have any expensive stuff must remove immediately, our install can stop work and request you to remove before start work. If customer fail to follow this guideline, our installer can stop work or can move out from that premises without any further instructions.Customer still pay full amount as he fail to follow safety guideline. 

Hire Equipment 

We do supply hire equipment per day rent plus bond. We don’t have delivery facility . Customer must pickup and drop off . If customer fail to retune our products before end of hire, customer still pay minimum day cost. Any damages or missing parts ,customer liable to pay. if part is not compatible or can’t arrange , customer must pay full amount of that products cost. Apart from that customer still liable to pay hire cost till new parts or products fix. 

Refund & Returns Policy

Murals purchased from Melbourne Wallpapers Wholesale will not be returned if due to change of mind or wrong product selection. If you have any questions about the product or need any advice about the number of rolls needed or any other information, we strongly advice you to email us in case of any confusion while shopping with us and we will be happy to answer that. 

Despite every effort to provide exact images of each product’s colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. Melbourne Wallpapers Wholesale will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not factory faults. In purchasing from Melbourne Wallpapers, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our website. In addition, please be aware that colours and textured finishes often vary between manufacturers; for example: slightly different shades of ‘White’, different degrees of sheen, and different looks and feel for material.

Manufacturing wallpaper is complex process and multiple processes are brought together to manufacture a product so there are chances of product may vary from pictures. We do our extensive quality check on our each and every product before delivering & suggest the customer to do the same before receiving. If you find a manufacturing fault, kindly contact back and we would provide a replacement to you after reviewing the evidence of the fault. Melbourne Wallpapers Wholesale will not be liable for any refunds or replacements for a faulty third party installation service or if the product gets defected due to wear and tear. Please note that do not start installing the product as we are unable to compensate installation cost or any problem which may come due to wrong installation or product.

Our products are recommended to be installed by professional installers. You may contact us if you need any help in finding person to install those as we provide our installation services in Melbourne only. For other areas, you need to find installers yourself.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only exchange items or do refunds if they have any manufacturing fault and not due to change of mind. So once the product is ordered, the order will not be cancelled due to change of mind.
